GF Compass
GF Compass is a map of places to eat with tiered gluten-free information, built for people with celiac disease. Every place shows what is known, where that came from, and when a person last confirmed it. It starts in Winnipeg, Selkirk and the surrounding area.
How the levels work
- Dedicated gluten-free: the whole kitchen or facility is gluten-free.
- Separate prep: gluten-free items with a dedicated fryer, prep area, or a stated allergen protocol.
- Gluten-free options: gluten-free items exist; shared kitchen; no stated controls.
- No information yet: nobody has told us anything about this place.
Each level also shows whether a person confirmed it or it only comes from a menu or website (unverified).
